Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deploy and manage Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility in client and internal environments. Working from defined project scopes, you will configure, secure, document, and validate modern workplace platforms before transitioning to support teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and MDM platforms.
• Experience in MSP or MSSP environment preferred.
• Hands-on implementation of 365 workloads and UEM solutions.
• Knowledge of zero trust and conditional access.
• Experience with PowerShell or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation, tickets, requirements, prerequisites, and licensing to confirm scope.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Phone, PSTN integrations).
• Implement and maintain enterprise mobility and UEM solutions (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE).
• Support endpoint lifecycle across devices and IoT; provisioning, enrollment, maintenance, patching, decommissioning.
• Configure device profiles, compliance policies, app protection, secure-access controls across OSes.
• Apply Zero Trust controls in partnership with cybersecurity teams.
• Troubleshoot 365 and mobility platform issues; perform root case analysis; escalate as needed.
• Maintain technical communication with clients and internal stakeholders; act as technical POC for deployment.
• Create and maintain documentation in IT Glue, HaloPSA, SharePoint for compliance and handoff.
• Validate delivered solutions meet scope and handoff-readiness before transferring to Service Desk/OTC.
