Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deliver Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility solutions for client and internal environments. You will deploy, configure, secure, and document modern workplace platforms per project scope, acting as a hands-on technical contact throughout implementation.

The role requires 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 and UEM/EMM platforms (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE), plus knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management platforms; MSP/MSSP experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 workloads and UEM/EMM solutions (Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE).
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and device enrollment/lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security controls.
• Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and native MDM automation for deployments.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and audit support.
• Certifications like Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or Mobility+ preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and prerequisites to confirm scope and readiness.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads and mobility platforms.
• Implement and maintain UEM solutions like Intune, Jamf Pro, and Workspace ONE.
• Support endpoint lifecycle across mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and IoT endpoints.
• Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and secure-access controls across platforms.
• Apply Zero Trust controls in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to senior engineering when needed.
• Maintain clear technical communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for compliance and handoff.
• Validate delivered solutions meet scope and handoff-readiness before transitioning.
