Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace & Mobility Implementation Engineer to deliver Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility solutions for client and internal environments. You will deploy, configure, secure, document, and validate modern workplace platforms before transitioning to ongoing support teams.

You’ll work with project, mobility, cybersecurity, and service teams to deliver stable, secure, and support-ready solutions across multiple devices and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and mobile device management.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP environments preferred.
• Hands-on with Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE.
• Knowledge of Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, prerequisites, and licensing to confirm readiness.
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads and mobility solutions.
• Implement enterprise mobility and UEM/EMM platforms.
• Manage device lifecycle across iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Chrome OS.
• Configure compliance, app protection, and secure access policies.
• Apply Zero Trust principles and MFA controls with cybersecurity teams.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders during implementation.
• Create and maintain technical docs in IT Glue, HaloPSA, SharePoint.
• Verify solutions meet scope and handoff to support teams.
