Job summary

TekSynap is seeking an M365 Productivity & Collaboration Specialist to support the USITC IT Service Desk. You will be the primary SME for Microsoft 365 productivity apps, collaboration platforms, and reporting solutions, enabling end-user adoption and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of Microsoft 365 support in federal government or enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME for Microsoft 365 technologies and related tools.
• Provide advanced user support and consultation for productivity platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and reporting using Microsoft Project.
• Administer SharePoint Online including permissions and governance.
• Support OneDrive file management and collaboration capabilities.
• Create templates, forms, reports, workflows and training materials.
• Deliver training programs and end-user coaching.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Engineering teams.
