Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Microsoft 365/Exchange Engineer in Charlotte, NC to join our Corporate Platform Engineering team. The role emphasizes Exchange administration (on-prem and cloud), Teams governance, and M365 security.

You will troubleshoot mail flow, configure hybrid setups, apply Purview retention policies, Defender for Cloud, and drive SaaS integrations (Jira, ServiceNow) in Teams, while ensuring a compliant, secure environment.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange administration.
Experience troubleshooting mail flow, hybrid configurations, and security hardening.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams governance and SaaS integrations.

Responsibilities

Manage Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange environments, including mail flow and hybrid configurations.
Implement and maintain EOP and Defender for Office 365 policies; ensure security best practices.
Configure Teams governance, policies, lifecycle management, and external/guest access.
Drive adoption of Jira and ServiceNow integrations within Teams and workflows.
Collaborate with Security teams on compliance, Purview retention, and information governance.
