Job summary

The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 Communications Engineer to lead Exchange administration, Teams governance, and compliance across Office 365 and Azure environments.

You will implement security controls, support Purview retention, and drive adoption of integrated SaaS tools while ensuring a secure, scalable collaboration platform. Hybrid schedule, Charlotte area preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams governance, lifecycle management, and SaaS integrations (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity architectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange environments, including mail flow, hybrid configurations, and security hardening.
• Configure and maintain Teams governance, policies, lifecycle management, external access, guest access, and collaboration settings.
• Support Microsoft Purview retention, compliance, and information governance initiatives across Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Collaborate with Information Security teams to uphold security standards and regulatory requirements.
