Systems Planning & Analysis is seeking an experienced Senior M365 & Exchange Engineer to join our team in Virginia. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based platforms, ensuring security and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies and strong skills in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, and hybrid identity management. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of system administration experience with Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Exchange Online environments.
• Administer Azure AD including users, groups, and roles.
• Monitor service health across Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
