Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Collaboration Service Delivery Lead (M365) for a federal client, based onsite in Arlington, VA. You will oversee a high‑volume, fast‑paced team delivering M365 solutions across multiple locations, driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Microsoft cloud engineering, ITIL v4 Foundation, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills. Prepare for after‑hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or engineering or 4+ years of equivalent tech work experience.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher required.
• 5+ years as an engineer/developer in Microsoft cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and develop solutions across Microsoft’s M365 platform.
• Build, deploy, and support solutions within Microsoft cloud environments.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID for reliability.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph API for automation.
• Apply ITIL standards to maintain a highly available environment.
• Lead systems engineering activities for a large enterprise infrastructure.
