Job summary

Minnesota IT Services in Vadnais Heights seeks a senior M365 Technical Operations Lead to guide the design, deployment, and support of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies for Direct Care & Treatment.

You’ll mentor the DCT M365 team, set development practices, coordinate priorities, and act as technical owner of the M365 environment while collaborating with MNIT Enterprise, vendors, and business partners. Onsite 50% required at 3200 Labore Road, Vadnais Heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of IT experience in Microsoft 365 application development, administration, and/or technical operations.
• Experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident/resolution skills with SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership for M365 solutions and mentor the MNIT DCT M365 team.
• Coordinate work priorities, establish development practices, and evaluate new technologies.
• Serve as technical owner for DCT’s M365 environment and ensure secure, reliable services.
