Job summary

Stout in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence within our Transaction Advisory practice. You will guide high-stakes engagements, deliver insights that shape investment decisions, and drive value from quality of earnings analyses to working capital assessments.

You will supervise analysts, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to business development while upholding Stout's Relentless Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related major.
• 7–10 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence (with at least 2 years in due diligence).
• CPA certification required; Big Four experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify key risks and potential deal-breakers during due diligence.
• Analyze detailed financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
