• 5-10+ years in consulting, transaction advisory, M&A integration, corporate development, ERP implementation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting operations, and ERP systems.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional integration or transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and deadlines.
