Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a senior technology advisor to lead IT due diligence for M&A transactions in a fast-paced setting. You will assess enterprise platforms, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and vendor ecosystems, shaping Day 1 readiness and transition plans across complex environments.

You will guide cross-functional teams, communicate findings to boards and CIOs, and drive TSA and integration strategies to unlock value for private equity-backed deals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience in enterprise strategy, operations, transformation or delivery.
• Led multiple technology integrations or carve-outs, including pre- and post-close work.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and IT service management.
• Ability to challenge senior technology leaders and assess multi-domain risks.
• Experience shaping Day 1 readiness, TSA strategies, and target operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence and identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers.
• Review environments, applications, infrastructure, security, data, and vendors.
• Develop sign-to-close plans with milestones, costs, and escalation paths.
• Define Day 1 readiness requirements and technology transition strategies.
• Provide senior transition leadership and drive post-close integration or separation.
• Collaborate with investment committees and senior stakeholders to present findings.
