Job summary

Crosslake seeks an experienced technology operator to lead integrations, separations, or carve-outs for PE-backed transactions in the US. You'll assess technology estates, define Day 1 requirements, and design transition plans with a focus on value creation and risk management.

Roles start pre-sign and continue through to Close and beyond, with potential IMO/SMO leadership, or interim CIO responsibilities. Remote-friendly with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience with enterprise technology strategy, operations, transformation or delivery.
• Hands-on accountability for multiple technology integrations, separations or carve-outs.
• Ability to estimate Day 1 costs, TSA design and execution plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for investment and execution decisions.
• Willingness to work remotely, across time zones, with travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to technology due diligence with an integration or separation lens.
• Define Day 1 requirements for applications, infrastructure, access and security.
• Shape interim/target operating models and governance for tech enablement.
• Develop executable plans with owners, costs, milestones and escalation points.
• Provide client-facing delivery leadership across PE-backed transactions.
