Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced M&A Integration Lead to translate due diligence findings into actionable integration plans for Finance, Tax, and Treasury, aligning with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday.

You will manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate with senior leadership, and ensure timely delivery while mitigating risks and guiding change management in a fully remote US-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 3–5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience with end-to-end integration.
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Strong finance/accounting integration knowledge relevant to Tax/Treasury.
• Ability to translate due diligence into integration plans and track milestones.
• Familiarity with IMO structures and finance-focused M&A programs preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/CCMP) advantageous.
• Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Change management capabilities; navigate transitions and new processes.
• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Must reside in the United States for this fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• M&A integration planning: translate due diligence into comprehensive integration plans.
• ERP integration and migration: lead workstreams across Oracle, SAP, Workday.
• Project execution and delivery: manage timelines, resources, milestones, deliverables.
• Stakeholder alignment and leadership: align with senior leadership and workstream owners.
• Cross-functional coordination: partner with acquired businesses and IMO structures.
• Progress monitoring and reporting: track actions, escalate risks, provide status reports.
• Change management and risk mitigation: address challenges and evolving needs.
• Process governance and QA: apply PM methodologies for quality and transparency.
• Post-integration evaluation: document lessons learned and improve strategies.
• Integration playbooks and continuous improvement: refine processes and tools.
• Team development and coaching: guide team members across functions.
