About the Role

We're hiring an M&A Technology Consultant to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice. You'll lead technical due diligence engagements for PE firms and strategic acquirers, and drive post-merger technology integration for some of the most complex deals in the market.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical due diligence for PE-backed and strategic acquisitions
• Assess target company technology stacks, infrastructure, technical debt, and integration complexity
• Develop integration cost models and risk-adjusted technology valuations
• Plan and execute post-merger technology integration, including Day 1 readiness
• Manage TSA negotiations and carve-out separation execution
• Present findings and recommendations to deal teams, investment committees, and C-suite stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, with 3+ years focused on M&A
• Track record of leading technical due diligence for mid-market to large-cap transactions
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application landscapes
• Experience with post-merger integration planning and execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you'll present to investment committees
• Ability to work under deal timelines and manage multiple concurrent engagements

Nice to Have

• Experience working with PE firms (Thoma Bravo, Vista, KKR, etc.)
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise software
• Understanding of SaaS metrics, technical debt quantification, and platform scalability assessment
