Job summary

OMG Technology is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives around application transitions for a large acquisition carve‑out. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage milestones and dependencies, and ensure readiness for transition and ongoing support.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and governance across business and IT stakeholders, with experience in enterprise applications and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading enterprise initiatives.
• Experience guiding complex application-driven transitions, migrations or separations.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, vendors and procurement.
• Experience with M&A, carve-outs, divestitures, or application separation is preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT projects and application transition initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary IT point of accountability for assigned applications and projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive successful project execution and governance.
• Assess readiness, address gaps in requirements, infrastructure, security, and integrations.
• Coordinate transition, implementation, migration, or separation activities as needed.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility and concise status reporting to leadership.
