CLA is seeking a Digital M&A Senior to lead digital M&A, integration, and carve-out engagements by guiding project workstreams, conducting IT due diligence, and assisting with integration planning. Working under senior leaders, this role manages day-to-day project execution, develops client deliverables, coordinates stakeholder activities, and helps drive transaction outcomes.

The position serves as a trusted advisor to clients to realize value and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Travel requirement: significant travel (>50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead digital M&A engagement workstreams, IT due diligence, and integration planning.
• Develop client deliverables, analyses, and recommendations for transaction decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Monitor engagement progress, risks, and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery best practices.
• Support forecasting and financial tracking for engagements.
