Qualifications

• Experience educating partners on hiring approaches and processes.
• Excellent candidate experience and collaboration with recruiters.
• Experience with confidential or sensitive work requiring discretion.
• Strong organizational skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Comfort with AI tools; experience with Claude.
• Interest in Anthropic's mission and M&A support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Corporate Development, Legal, People, and technical leadership to move hires forward.
• Educate sponsors and partners on M&A recruiting approaches and processes.
• Be the primary contact for candidates, delivering a warm, discreet experience through start date.
• Schedule logistics for acquisition-related hiring across time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers, checklists, timelines, and playbooks for organized coordination.
• Keep information confidential and handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
• Leverage AI tools as part of daily workflow to automate recruiting.
• Grow the role by taking on higher-priority recruiting and operations projects.
