Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution across recruiting tech, connecting Claude usage to company-wide roadmaps and headcount planning. You will drive cross-functional programs with engineering, AI, and People leadership, shaping TPM support for the People organization.

This first-of-its-kind role sits in the centralized TPM organization and partners with Recruiting and People leadership to evolve the long-term TPM model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with recruiting, people, or HR tech platforms such as ATS, HRIS, or scheduling systems.
• Ability to translate between engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for Recruiting leadership
• Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across teams that don't share a reporting line
• Lead the technical interconnection work: integration across third-party platforms, internal tooling, and the data and analytics layer so information flows end to end
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to bring Claude deeper into the recruiting workflow with controls and human-in-the-loop design
• Connect recruiting to company-wide planning: link roadmaps to hiring plans and headcount needs
• Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations across team boundaries including security, contracts, and integration tradeoffs
• Establish program infrastructure: governance, status reporting, risk tracking, escalation paths
• Define durable TPM support model for the People organization including scope and reporting structure
