Anthropic is seeking an experienced G&A Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across finance, legal, people, and operations. You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage a busy pipeline, and use data to prioritize and surface issues early.

You’ll leverage AI and automation to boost throughput while preserving a great candidate experience, calibrate profiles and market insights, and contribute to scalable processes that support Anthropic’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations).
• Able to juggle high-volume pipelines with strategic senior searches.
• Strong data-driven approach to prioritize and surface bottlenecks.
• Comfort with AI and automation to increase throughput while preserving candidate experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to push back constructively.
