Based in New York with a location-based hybrid policy, you will enable governance, risk tracking, and a scalable TPM framework across Recruiting, Engineering, and AI teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience aligning recruiting or HR tech with business roadmaps.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build cross-team planning cadence for recruiting technology with clear DRIs.
• Lead high-priority programs end-to-end across non‑line reporting teams.
• Integrate data and analytics layers to ensure end-to-end information flow.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to embed Claude in recruiting workflows.
• Develop the durable TPM model for the People organization.
