Job summary

SunSource is seeking an M&A Manager - Industrial Distribution to drive the company’s acquisition strategy from target screening through integration. The role requires building financial models, assessing targets in the Fluid Process and related markets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value creation.

You will present recommendations to SunSource's senior leadership and Board, manage the deal lifecycle, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of buy-side experience identifying target companies and initiating buy/sell in Mergers and Acquisitions.
• 10+ years of experience within Industrial Distribution, with demonstrated experience in Fluid Process or related industrial technology markets.
• Proficient MS Office tools and strong internet research skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within focused technology sectors.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business case rationale and integration plans for senior leadership and Board presentations.
