Job summary

SunSource is seeking an M&A Business Development Market Manager to drive profitable growth by developing and executing the company’s acquisition strategy. The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance and other functions to identify and evaluate targets and manage the full lifecycle from acquisition through integration.

The candidate will immerse in the industrial distribution space, focusing on fluid process technologies, equipment, and related markets, with up to 50% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales preferred.
• 3–5 years buy-side experience identifying targets and initiating buy/sell process in M&A.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution with relevant technology markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire M&A transaction process including relationship development and deal negotiation.
• Coordinate due diligence and integration with cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Lead post‑acquisition performance management and senior leadership reviews.
