Job summary

SunSource is seeking an experienced M&A Business Development Market Manager to drive deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and integration for its acquisition strategy. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance, and other teams to deliver value from lifecycle transactions.

The role requires deep knowledge of industrial distribution, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through due diligence and post‑acquisition integration.

Qualifications

• Targeted M&A buy-side experience and due diligence.
• 10+ years in industrial distribution with fluid process tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and flexibility to work remote near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within focused technology sectors.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business case rationale and integration action plans for SunSource.
• Present recommendations to SunSource leadership and Board.
