Paul Hastings, LLP seeks a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney to lead knowledge management and AI-enabled practice innovation for its M&A and Private Equity teams. The role collaborates with chairs, the Chief Innovation Officer, and the Innovation & Legal Solutions Department to reimagine how the groups work and to advance AI in the delivery of legal services.

The KIA will shape playbooks, templates, and resources, drive adoption of new technology, and ensure responsible AI use across matters.

Qualificações

• Law degree and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years as M&A/PE attorney with Delaware law exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead knowledge management for Assigned PGs with model documents, templates, and checklists.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, prompts, and playbooks for M&A/PE teams.
• Coordinate training on knowledge resources and AI tools across the practice groups.
• Monitor legal developments and prepare client alerts and thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and drive adoption of technology.
