Paul Hastings, LLP is seeking a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney to advance knowledge management, AI enablement, and innovative practice solutions within the M&A and Private Equity groups. The role partners with chairs and the Chief Innovation Officer to shape practical AI workflows and knowledge resources.

The successful candidate will leverage transactional experience to support practice leaders, drive adoption of AI in legal services, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives with a focus on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an attorney in M&A and Private Equity.
• Experience with knowledge management and legal innovation is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate attorney needs into practical knowledge and tech solutions.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management, AI enablement and practice innovation for Assigned PGs.
• Develop and maintain model documents, templates and checklists.
• Organize precedents and knowledge assets for AI-enabled use and easy search.
• Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments; contribute to client alerts and thought leadership.
• Design and deliver training on knowledge resources and AI tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to launch and scale AI-enabled workflows and playbooks.
