Job summary

Responsibilities include developing IT current state assessments, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance or related field.
• Familiarity with post-merger IT integration, carve-out separation, and IT risk/compliance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to present complex information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side IT due diligence assessments across key IT domains.
• Drive IT integration and separation initiatives from sign-to-close and post-close.
• Lead development of IT current state assessments, operating models, and day 1 plans.
• Oversee execution of IT plans with governance frameworks and risk logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT work with deal objectives.
• Facilitate high-level discussions and presentations with executive IT stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold professional integrity.
