Job summary

KPMG Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategy to lead IT-focused due diligence and integration efforts within deal advisory. You will quantify IT opportunities and risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex IT findings into clear business implications for executives.

This role requires minimum three years of external IT consulting and experience in ERP implementations or post-merger integrations, plus strong governance and vendor negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Three years external consulting experience in tech/business consulting or related IT change projects.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Experience on IT projects such as ERP implementation, outsourcing, reengineering IT.
• Competency in two or more of these: ERP, IT architecture, post-merger IT integration, offshoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess and quantify IT opportunities and risks in deal integration/separation.
• Evaluate IT performance and develop improvement plans.
• Facilitate IT operations integration after roll-up or separation work.
• Offshore high-labor activities and renegotiate key IT vendor contracts as directed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
• Develop and present final project deliverables.
