Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, M&A IT Due Diligence Strategy in the Advisory and Strategy practice to lead buy-side and sell-side IT assessments for clients pursuing acquisitions in the US. You will identify IT risks and opportunities, drive IT integration and separation initiatives, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in technology consulting or IT-focused M&A, strong PM skills, and the ability to present complex information.

Qualifications

5+ years in technology consulting or IT-driven M&A projects.
Experience in IT integration/separation, platform migration, IT architecture modernization.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, or finance from an accredited college/university.
Strong project management and ability to present complex information to leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead buy-side and sell-side IT assessments for acquisitions; identify IT risks and opportunities and deliver detailed due diligence reports.
Drive IT integration/separation initiatives from sign-to-close and post-close.
Develop draft deliverables such as IT current state assessments and day 1 plans; oversee execution and governance.
