Job summary

KPMG LLP's Advisory practice seeks a Senior Associate for Strategy, focusing on IT due diligence and integration within deal advisory. You will assess IT opportunities and risks, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable findings.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years external consulting in tech/business consulting with IT change.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience across ERP implementations, IT outsourcing, or IT reengineering.
• Experience in post-merger IT integration and carve-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess IT opportunities and risks related to deals and summarize results for non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate IT performance and craft improvement and cost-reduction plans.
• Support IT integration or separation initiatives from parent organizations.
• Assist renegotiation of key IT vendor contracts under management guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement proposed solutions.
• Contribute to development and presentation of final project deliverables.
