Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8-10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, strong stakeholder management, PMP preferred, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams for successful transitions.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, aligning processes, systems, and teams with objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and budgets.
