Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. The role acts as a bridge between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget integration outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of P&C insurance project experience and a background in M&A integrations, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or related field) and 8–10 years P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems and teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
