Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects and large-scale transformations across the organization. You will act as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 8–10+ years of PM/insurance experience with a background in M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes and goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
