Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager to lead M&A integrations and large transformation initiatives. The role coordinates executive stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in PM for P&C insurance, strong PMO skills, PMP preferred, and a track record of driving critical initiatives with clear executive reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving results and managing competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and meet milestones within budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Partner with business leaders across functions to drive alignment and execution.
• Evaluate processes and implement scalable improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership and ongoing professional development.
• Champion IOA values in all interactions.
