Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance, with experience leading M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process and systems alignment.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to support initiatives.
• Manage risks, budgets, and milestone tracking to meet targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and communication plans.
• Document governance records and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
