Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager for M&A and transformation initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional integration projects, serving as a liaison between executives, acquired entities, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, MBA or PMP preferred, and proven ability to lead complex integrations with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor milestones.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership; maintain governance records.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
