Job summary

The Integration Manager – M&A role at Insurance Office of America leads merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations across the enterprise. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as a liaison between executive leadership and acquired entities.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of project management in P&C insurance, a business degree (MBA preferred), PMP certification, and proven ability to drive alignment and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Project Scope & Requirements: align with business priorities and dependencies.
• M&A Integration Leadership: coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale projects.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal resources and vendors.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: maintain plans, monitor milestones and budgets.
• Change Management: manage scope and implementation changes.
• Risk Management: identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: use metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain project docs and logs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with leaders across functions.
• Process Improvement: pursue scalable efficiency improvements.
• Leadership & Professional Development: strengthen PM capabilities.
