Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects and large transformations. You will liaise with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure on-budget, on-schedule outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 8-10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, with M&A integration or enterprise experience. PMP is preferred and strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, transformations, or large-scale initiatives
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving results

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives and dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process alignment and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines.
• Develop and deliver regular leadership updates on status, decisions, and outcomes.
• Use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress and success of initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, HR, IT and Operations for alignment.
