Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager to lead merger and acquisition integration projects and large transformation initiatives. You will coordinate executive stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with M&A integration experience; PMP preferred. This hybrid role requires Eastern Time availability with some on‑site work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, aligning processes, systems, teams and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, ensure milestones.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, address issues.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Utilize PM tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Partner with business leaders across functions to drive alignment and execution.
• Evaluate processes and implement scalable improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive results across priorities.
