Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and risk mitigation.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners to drive execution.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
