Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will work with executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes and strong governance.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with M&A integration or large-scale transformation experience and a PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop risk mitigation and change management plans.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance.
