Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. This role acts as a liaison among executives, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, within-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, with M&A integration experience and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects and align processes, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones within budgets.
• Manage changes and ensure stakeholder alignment during implementation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates on status and decisions.
• Use PM tools, metrics, and reporting to measure progress and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Partner with business leaders, operations, technology, Finance, HR, and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes and implement scalable improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive results across priorities.
