Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management in P&C insurance, with hands-on experience in M&A integrations. PMP is preferred; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Oversee change and risk management activities.
• Maintain documentation, decision logs and governance records.
