Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. The role serves as a primary liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Business (MBA preferred), 8–10+ years of PM experience in P&C insurance, and proven ability to lead M&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
• 8-10+ years project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines and governance
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems and teams
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, milestones and budgets
• Manage changes, scope and implementation activities with stakeholder alignment
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership
• Document governance records and integration plans
• Collaborate with business leaders across functions
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement
