Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger & acquisition integration projects and large transformations. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule, within-budget outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, with experience leading M&A integrations or major transformations, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures to support goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for proper support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
