Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Economics), Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field of study.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory role or corporate FP&A, corporate development, M&A planning, management, and/or execution, sales and operations planning, distribution/logistics, or procurement/sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of M&A integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR.
• Lead and support workstreams by analyzing financial and operational data, building models, and translating insights into client-ready deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and guide decision-making across cross-functional teams.
