Job summary

Riveron is seeking an Associate Director for M&A Integration Services to drive end-to-end integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR.

You will lead and mentor teams, manage budgets and timelines, develop client-ready deliverables, and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights in fast-paced deal environments. 10+ years of consulting/advisory or FP&A experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting/advisory or corporate FP&A, corporate development, M&A planning, management, and/or execution.
• Experience supporting integration and separation initiatives, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, operating model design, deployment, and synergy tracking.
• Knowledge of change management and organizational communication during integrations; cross-functional collaboration to align milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on people, processes, and technology optimization across multiple domains.
• Lead 3–5 month client engagements with budgets and workstreams under your responsibility.
• Lead research and analysis on financial, supply chain, operations, and accounting issues.
• Oversee development of client-facing reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Coach and develop junior team members in client and internal settings.
• Drive planning and successful delivery against project budgets and milestones.
