Job summary

Riveron is seeking an Associate Director for M&A Integration Services to drive end-to-end integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR. You will lead workstreams, build models, translate insights into client-ready deliverables, and manage timelines, budgets, and risks.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in consulting/advisory or FP&A, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in M&A transformations, with a collaborative, team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and communicate to stakeholders.
• Experience in M&A, consulting, or transformation environments; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR.
• Analyze financial and operational data, build models, and translate insights into client-ready deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, align cross-functional teams, and guide decision-making.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks; mentor junior team members.
• Support development of junior staff and contribute to firm initiatives.
