Job summary

Riveron is seeking an Associate Director for M&A Integration Services to drive end-to-end integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR. You will lead workstreams, build models, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable client deliverables while mentoring junior teammates.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in consulting/advisory or corporate FP&A, with experience in pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, operating model design, and synergy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Economics), Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant consulting/advisory or corporate FP&A, corporate development, M&A planning and execution.
• Experience supporting integration/separation initiatives, including Day 1 readiness and synergy tracking.
• Knowledge of change management, process mapping, and communication planning during integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, operations, sales, legal, etc.
• Understanding of carve-out, divestiture, and post-merger transformation programs.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Team-oriented, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use business and financial acumen to advise clients and develop solutions across people, process, and technology optimization.
• Lead and support workstreams; manage timelines, budgets, and risks for high-quality delivery.
• Analyze financial and operational data, build models, and translate insights into deliverables.
• Oversee development of reports and client-facing presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training and knowledge development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on milestones and governance during integrations.
