Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large transformation initiatives. The role acts as a liaison among executives, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on‑budget outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive organizational alignment with strategic objectives across IOA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years PM and P&C insurance experience, especially in M&A integrations.
• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee large transformation programs aligning processes and systems.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project success.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
